..well...the basic idea...everyone of us (we, the people of India.....irrespective of our geo-socio-political differences.....) donate 1 rupee every single day.....get it to a central financial reserve.....n channelise the collected fund in an organised manner for our welfare n development....
...this is it in a very broad sense......
great thought and a plan of action to look forward, could have been more elaborate, as it seems brief...cool thought :-)
